Last week I rambled through Podil, historical Kiev downtown, down a hill. There are nice places there, and a 4-star hotel has been opened there in April, Hotel Riviera. I went inside and was mercifully allowed to take a few pictures inside. Irina from Marketing department was my guide in the hotel, many thanks to this hospitable girl. Here are a couple of pictures taken inside:

Nice hotel but the rates are not to my level of income to stay there, of course. The occupancy rate is good, it is almost always full, so you can imagine how Kiev lacks quality accommodation.

I uploaded this video to Youtube as I consider this very important for our country. If we do not get ready for European Union and for Euro 2012, nobody will welcome us there. Look at this unnatural cruelty. Is this fair for the young girl.

I publish this under Proud to Be Ukrainian, but it should be Shame for Being Ukrainian under this context.

What is unique in our country. I think human relationships here are great. People are caring and hospitable. We have to pay much attention to preserving this spirit, or we are banned.

At the moment I must admit I have only AdSense as my primary source of income from online projects. So what I earned in May is exhibited below:

 My plan for the end of 2007 is to have 300 USD in AdSense a month. And I must admit that those stats for my several projects show that I have a long way to go yet as many ups and down are sporadic, and I have not developed a stable search engine traffic. I published five new sites in May, in hopes of diversification, so there will be a lot more to come. I believe in my Russian Jokes project, and I think about buying a domain name for it. We will see.
